Being plastic bag free

We talked last year about maybe making Farnham ‘Plastic Bag Free’.

An email I just received from SCRAP — Salisbury City Residents Action on Packaging — tells me that eight towns and villages in the UK are already plastic bag free, and over a hundred have started the journey.
