Foraging is a great way to get some fresh air, eat seasonally, and reconnect with natural cycles.
Robin Harford, forager extraordinaire, is currently putting the finishing touches to the next Eatweeds Newsletter and is also launching a new course called EDIBLE LONDON.
The first course will take place on Saturday 14th May 2011.
Starting at the Idler Academy in W2, he will wander round parks, graveyards and roadsides of West London and will reveal the delicious and highly nutritious treats that are available for free under our very noses. He will also teach you how to prepare a meal and even make some wild booze using foraged ingredients.
