Plain paper recycling… there has to be a better way than the Blue Bin

Has anyone found somewhere in Waverley that takes white, A4, printed, non-confidential paper? This is a valuable resource and there must be a better recycling route than dumping it into the blue wheelie-bin with all the other card, coloured paper and unpleasantness?
